Example
A 5-tech shop doing about 20 jobs a day picks the Shop plan ($79) plus 3,000 texts ($60): $139 a month for the whole company.
Voice notes to tasks, included
Techs talk instead of typing. KeptField turns each voice note into text and pulls out the follow-ups, like a quote to send or a part to order. Every plan includes monthly minutes, and most notes are under 30 seconds.

Questions owners ask
Is it priced per user?
No. Plans are priced by how many techs you have, and the price covers the whole crew.
Do I need a texting pack?
No. Without one, techs can send one-tap texts from their own phones. A texting pack sends reminders and updates automatically from your business number and collects replies in the office.
What counts as one text?
One message of up to 160 characters, sent or received. A longer message counts as two. Most jobs use about 5 texts: the reminder, the customer's reply, the on-my-way text, the summary, and the rating.
What if we send more texts than our pack includes?
Extra texts are 3¢ each, and you can switch packs anytime.
What if we use more voice note minutes than our plan includes?
Extra minutes are 2¢ a minute. Most shops never get there: a 5-tech shop leaving one short note per job uses about 220 minutes a month.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial and runs month to month after that.
